Born and raised in Philadelphia and Metropolitian Washington D.C. (DMV) Doug graduated from HBCU Central State (Ohio) University with a B.A. in Media (Radio, Television, Print). After interning with award winning Television Newscaster Lea Thompson at WRC-TV Washington and legendary Program Director "Butterball" at WDAS-FM Philadelphia, Doug began working in media after graduation at historic WHIO-TV-FM-AM as an television assignment reporter/ radio evening news anchor. Doug still worked pro-bono at his area college radio station WCSU-FM mixing hip-hop on weekends. A few years later, he began focusing more on radio and crossed over to U-92-FM and the rest is history. Doug has worked in markets such as Philadelphia, Columbus, Ohio, Greenville, SC, Atlanta, Southwest Georgia among others. Along the way he has worked in and out of Television at Fox TV, and Comcast Sports. Currently Doug is the Brand Manager for KMJJ-FM.
