Been feeling moody? There’s a good chance you’re dehydrated, and when you’re dehydrated, you’re most likely moody.
There are studies that show water has a big impact on our mental health and overall wellness, and whether that impact is positive, or negative depends on how much or little water we drink.  Goodness, I’m legit typing this and sipping on a soda.
