Everywhere you look there’s a new “Plant Based” something.. and McDonald’s is getting on the train with their popular McNuggets. Now full disclosure I’m somewhat obsessed with McNuggets (hot mustard for life!) so, for our vegetarian or vegan friends who want to know the joy of the McNuggets – there could be a new option coming in the Shreveport area!
Yes – McDonald’s is coming out with plant based McNuggets – but, we’ll have to wait in the ArkLaTex, they won’t be coming to Louisiana or Texas anytime soon.
The plant based McNuggets are being released in Germany first before they make it to this side of the pond.
There’s no word on when, or if, the plant based McNuggets could come to America – McDonald’s ended a test of the McPlant burger last summer without announcing any future plans for its sale.
