Another 4 karat Diamond found in Arkansas! Why not me?

I’ve been roaming the earth for 40 years now and I’ve never found any TREASURE! Yet every week I hear about someone who does!! I guess I should head up the Arkansas State Park… I think I could really use a 4 karat DIAMOND!
